The security deposit that makes effective the reservation is completely returned in case of cancellation 7 days in advance (e.g. previewed arrival on the 27th December and cancellation by, at latest, 11:59PM of the 20th December). The request of cancellation beyond the limit of seven days involves the deduction of the security deposit, equivalent to the first night of stay (e.g. . previewed arrival on the 27th December and cancellation by the 21st December). If the visitor does not even give the notice within seven, while not be present in the facility, the full amount paid for the stay will be deducted.

The arrival (check in) is from 08:00AM to 08:00PM. In special cases, please tip us off via the special requests box when booking or via email and we will establish other check in times with an additional cost of 15 €. On the day of departure (check-out) the room must be vacated by 11:00. Custody of luggage is guaranteed until the end of the day.

To your room daily rate will be added necessarily the amount of the Rome tourist tax, equivalent to 3.50 € per night per person (excluding children under 10 years).
